Section 1, “Eternally in Memory”: Names for which a permanent memorial plaque has been installed or ordered will be listed in this section. Because these names are listed automatically, no (further) donation is required, but memorial tzedakah donations are welcome. Section 2, “In Loving Memory”: This section will list names that are submitted for inclusion in the book. The name of each person being remembered will be printed along with the name of the family submitting the name. The suggested contribution is $18 per name (this donation is included as part of the Alternative Dues option or Visionary category).
